How fast will an interpreter call me?
Usually within 15 minutes after payment, during our service hours. For rare languages it can take a little longer; if we cannot find an interpreter within 60 minutes, you are fully refunded.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards, TWINT, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our secure payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
How does the call work in practice?
The interpreter calls the number you entered. If the other person is next to you, put the phone on speaker. If not, add them to a conference call or write their number in the comments.
What if the conversation lasts longer than my package?
You can order an additional package at any time. The interpreter will tell you when the time is almost up.
